Preparing for yoga class

We suggest that you…

·         Come on an empty stomach, and hydrate sufficiently before and after class

·         Wear comfortable clothing so you can move and sweat

·         Kindly wear no perfumes, colognes, or scented lotion

·         Arrive a few minutes early so classes can begin on time

·         Tell your instructor about any injuries or if you are new to yoga or new to this class

·         Silence cell phones & pagers

·         Start from where you are – you are right where you are supposed to be

·         Practice, and all is coming... Namaste!
